The program will accelerate your own personal development andgrowth. The following approach will be facilitated:

• Initiation and identification session.

• 3X7 Growth Facilitation sessions spread during the 3 months period. 1Purpose, 3 Goals, 9 actions!

• 3 Goal setting sessions at the beginning of each month to confirm 3actions taken and 3 check and adjustment sessions at the end of eachmonth (What went well. What can be improved further).

• Full support and monitoring, motivation and follow up with electronicalcorrespondence through the whole period of 3 months.

• And the end of the program wrap up, assessment and confirmation offurther action plan for the next 3 months.

• During the period of the next 3 months 3 additional status sessions,one for each month will be offered at the end of the month.
