1. How Do I Register for an Online Account?

Go to www.a1storage.com and click on the ‘My Account’ button at the top of the page.

On the online account manager page, click on the ‘Click here to sign up / register’ link.

Complete the brief registration form, then click on the ‘Submit’ button.

Once the registration form is submitted, you’ll be prompted to login to your account. Follow theinstructions on ‘How Do I Add My Storage Unit to My Account’ in the next section. This is a one-timeprocess, and once completed you’ll be able to fully manage your storage unit online.

2. How Do I Add My Storage Unit to My Account?

Login to your account and click on ‘Add Unit’ button.

Select your A-1 Self Storage Location from the dropdown menu, then enter your Unit / Space # and

Gate / Access Code.

Click on the Submit button.

You’re all set! You can now manage your storage unit online.

3. How Do I Reset My Password?

From the My Account Sign In page, click on the ‘Forgot your Password?’ link.

Enter your email address, then click on the Submit button.

Answer the Security Question used during registration, then click on the ‘Submit’ button.

A temporary password will be sent to your email address. You will be prompted to update your password during your next login.

4. How Do I Make a Payment?

From the View Actions drop down button, select the ‘One Time Payment’ option.

Click on the GO button Enter your billing information, then click on the ‘Submit’ button.

Once submitted, you will receive an email confirmation with your receipt.

5. How Do I Set Up Automatic Payments?

From the View Actions drop down button, select the ‘Auto Pay Setup’ option.

Click on the GO button.

Choose ‘Yes’ to Enable Auto Pay.

Enter your billing information.

Read and agree to the terms, then click the ‘Submit’ button.

Now your storage unit will be paid on time and you don’t have to think about it!

6. How Do I View My Payment History?

From the View Actions drop down button, select the ‘Payment History’ option.

Click on the GO button.

From this screen you can view and/or print your payment history for the last 12 months.

7. How Do I Change or Update My Contact Information?

From the View Actions drop down button, select the ‘Edit Contact Info’ option.

Click on GO button. You have the ability to edit your mailing address, phone numbers, and email address for invoices &

communications from A-1 Self Storage.

*Please note: the email address here is used for all communications/notices from A-1 Self Storage, and

will not change your online account manager email address. To update your login information, see

the Update Login section.

8. How Do I Change My Account Manager Username?

From the main My Units screen, select the ‘Update Login’ button near the top of the page.

Expand the ‘Change Username’ section.

Enter your New Username and hit the ‘Update Login’ button.

*Please note: the email address here is to manage your online account. It will not update your email

address on file used for all communications/notices from A-1 Self Storage. To update your

contact information, see the Edit Contact Info section.

9. How Do I Change My Account Manager Password?

From the main My Units screen, select the ‘Update Login’ button near the top of the page.

Enter your Old Password, New Password and Confirm Password, then hit the ‘Update Login’ button.
