I am pleased to inform you that you are appointed as the Anna University Representative

for conduct of University Examinations at

9219-SSCET From 13/11/2013 to 23/11/2013

You are requested to send the acceptance of the offer of appointment as University

Representative in the enclosed prescribed format by return of post superscribing as “University

Representative acceptance” on or before 08/11/2013. One copy may be sent to the Zonal Co-

ordinator and other to the principal of the concerned college.

The duties and responsibilities of the University Representative together with the

Proforma are enclosed herewith for your ready reference and strict adherence. You are eligible to

claim remuneration and „Allowance to Incidental Expenses (AIE)‟ as prescribed by the

University.

Further, you are requested to send your claim bills duly filled-in together with the report

in (section A, B and C) of Proforma AUR-5 and attendance certificate(original) to the Zonal

office within a week after the examinations are over for making payment immediately. Belated

claims will not be entertained under any circumstances. As per financial rules payment will not

be made for the claim bills received after three months.

Your co-operation is earnestly solicited for the conduct of the University Examinations.

The section A, B & C of the Proforma is enclosed herewith.
