10.1 Oral Sessions

Authors are requested to bring their presentation files copied onto USB memory stick beforehand, hand the USB memory stick to the volunteer of each presentation room at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the scheduled session and meet the session chairperson. Each author is also asked to hand their short autobiography to the chairperson who will later announce how to proceed the session.

Time Slot

An approximate of 5 minutes will be allocated to the presentation of each paper in iSPEC 2020. Session Chairperson will be in charge of keeping speakers to the time allowed.

Requirements

1. PowerPoint 2003 is recommended to create the presentation file.

Authors should be prepared to answer questions from the audiences.

Format

1. The size of the panel will be 80cm*120cm.
