In relation to Phil-I as a tool anchored on the flagship progran1 of the Department of Education: 'Every Child a Reader Program" which aims to me every Filipino Child a Reader at his or her Grade level, there will be a monitoring based on DepEd Order No. 014 s. 2018 entitled "POLICY GUIDELINES ON THE ADMINISTRATION OF T REVISED PLIPPINE INFORMAL READING INVENTORIES dated 26 March 2018 effective July 4-31, 2018. 2. Since there was already an orientation on how to conduct Phil- IRI as one of the important topics discussed/ delivered during the DIVISION SEMINAR ON ENGLISH CUM RESEARCH last October 2017 during semestral break, it is expected that the schools already have oriented the conceed teachers in administering the Phil-IRI in the school level. 3. Schools are expected to have administer the Phil-IRI to Grades III - VII and Macginitie- Gates to Grades VIII to X on or bere August 10, 2018. 4. The task of administering the Phil-IRI both in English and Filipino can be reflected in the DLL/DLP's of teachers in English and Filipino so with Macginitie-Gates to Grade VIII to XI only not to affect classes on other learning areas for a period of 5 days including vacant hours and remedial time. 5. Submission of the Consolidated Report on Results of Phil-IRI, soſt and hard copies will be on August 15, 2018 at SDO-CID office through email address: cid.imus@deped.gov.ph/ lettyrogacion02 I 0611 gmail.com/ lanierodriguez44@gmail.com 6. 1.
