*Bats Northwest will be bringing a variety of bats. Animals will include familiar barn- yard favorites to fascinating exotic animals. The required permission form is included in the Summer Camp registration. If you have concerns about your child being around animals, please contact your Site Coordinator. ______________________________________________________________________
Weeks registered for are the weeks services will be provided. There will be no switching or adding weeks after registration is closed. Fees will not be prorated for absences, special events or vaca- tions. No drop-in services will be allowed. Par- ents are responsible for payment based upon the weeks registered, regardless of attendance. Up until the first day of camp, July 1, If you choose to cancel one or more weeks , you will be responsi- ble for paying only 50% of the cost of those weeks. After July 1, you will be responsible for 100% of the payment, regardless of your stu- dent’s attendance.
