The Civic Education has effective to produce the intelligent university students by attitude:

1. To be loyal to God and understand the value of Pancasila

2. Having good attitudes, discipline, in the social and national life

3. Having rational attitude and realize the right and responsibility as Indonesian citizen

4. Having a professional skill as well the realization of national defense

5. To be active in science and technology application
