Payment in full is required to
guarantee entry.
No refunds is a team elects to drop
from the tournament. In the event the
tournament is cancelled, for any
reason, the following refund policy
shall apply:
o Team does not play a game,
100% refund,
o Team plays one game, 75%
refund
o Team plays two games, 50%
refund
o Team plays 3 or more games,
NO refund

mailed prior to the tournament, yet
they are also found on gcyaa.com and
Facebook group “GCYAA Kerwin
Classic”.
