Real estate market is truly very unpredictable but that

does not keep investors at bay. The real estate market is

driven by many forces, direct and indirect but it still

remains highly preferred investment option. The Indian

real estate in last few years has seen a major slowdown.

However with the coming of the new government, stable

global economy. Introduction of REIT, loosening of the FDI

norms and other such factors has contributed to

improvement of the real estate sector. Real estate market

is an important economy driver for our country as it is the

second largest GDP contributor.

The NCR market especially has shown increasing

investments from the NRI’s. Buying 3 and 4 BHK

apartments in Noida Extension remains a favorable

option.

Since, the region of Noida has also become over cluttered

with residential and commercial properties all the new

such projects are being now brought up at Noida

Extension and Greater Noida.

If considering the ongoing development, then the real

estate segment is expected reach USD 676 billion and

increase five times by the year 2025. All the commercial

property in Noida Extension is on a rise.

Compared to last year’s figures the office space demand in

NCR for 2014 was more with a growth rate of 58%. Further

in 2015 more improvement is expected. There are many

builders offering residential as well as commercial property

in Noida Extension.

Improved infrastructure and basic amenities have now

started attracted buyers at this location. A few years back

Noida was opted as the only option to live in proximity to

Delhi but now with increased and fast pace of

developments Noida Extension and Greater Noida has

become a preferred choice.

There are many mid-end as well as premium projects

offering 4 BHK apartments in Noida Extension. Also, one of

the major advantages of buying a commercial property in

Noida is that it is still in development phase thus, it will

experience more price appreciation in near future than any

other region.
