real estate in last few years has seen a major slowdown.
However with the coming of the new government, stable
global economy. Introduction of REIT, loosening of the FDI
norms and other such factors has contributed to
improvement of the real estate sector. Real estate market
is an important economy driver for our country as it is the
second largest GDP contributor.
The NCR market especially has shown increasing
investments from the NRI’s. Buying 3 and 4 BHK
