    Action Plan

    YEAR 1- Establish the academic foundation of our program (expectations, requirements, goals)-Develop a sense of accountability in personal behavior (Program Pillars, Mental, Moral, Physical, andSpiritual): STAY OUT OF TROUBLE!

    - Evaluate, and determine what needs to be done to get to next level.- 70+ participation (JV and Varsity combined)-Develop strength and speed.-Build a sense of TEAM Battalions, Leadership Council.-Build great relationships with our parents, players and campus family.-Establish a community service program.

    YEAR 2-Vertical integration from middle school through the Varsity program (JV Participation and Retention).-Improve in every area offensively, defensively and on special teams.

    -Improve our academic performance.-Develop and improve strength and speed.-Build a sense of Football Community: One Team, One Fight-Become a force in community service.

    -Commit to a 2 Platoon System.-Reinforce our Booster Program to financially keep us competitive and able to incorporateextracurricular activities (7 on 7, camps, banquet, etc)

    YEAR 3-Continue to establish our Youth Outreach Programs in the summer.-Utilize our Leadership Core and Power Squads to hold our players accountable to each other.-Become a Championship Caliber community service program.-Have each assistant coach take a stronger role in the Power Squads.-Create an Anytime, Anywhere, Anybody mentality of competitiveness on the field.-Make the playoffs.

    YEAR 4-Complete vertical integration of our program from middle school through Varsity.

    -Win the District-Win the Region

    YEAR 5(This begins today)-Win the District.-Win the Region.-Play for a State Championship

    5. Average 28 points per gamea. Points 100% of the time we enter the red zoneb. 75%+ Touchdown percentage from the red zonec. Strive to end every possession with a kick.d.
