It’s a massively saturated world, this real estate business, and there are so many people out there doing it - how do you stand out from the crowd? 1. Social Media Of course, this one is the most popular option - publish on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest and LinkedIn. Make sure your post is original, to the point and has a link to your website with a contact form so people can request more details 2. Free portals Check out craigslist, zillow, forsalebyowner, let, fizber and Oodle, to name but a few. If you have created a virtual tour of your property using My360 then you can also publish to their free property portal my360rea.com so be sure to try that too! 3. Commenting & answering questions Any Q&A websites, and search for people asking about properties or websites with properties in your area and answer their questions. Don’t just look for specifics, someone may ask a question about property tax in your region, answer the question, and add your link to the footer of your answer. If anything, it is good for your website :) 4. Make a virtual tour We mentioned this previously but virtual tours are the new Open House! Without them, we would have been very stuck during all the confinements this year!

5 Ways to show off your properties online

So you’re a real estate agent and you are looking for ways to share your properties online to get more leads for your real estate business.

Not easy is it? It’s a massively saturated world, this real estate business, and there are so many people out there doing it - how do you stand out from the crowd?

1. Social Media

Of course, this one is the most popular option - publish on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest and LinkedIn. Make sure your post is original, to the point and has a link to your website with a contact form so people can request more details

2. Free portals

Check out craigslist, zillow, forsalebyowner, let, fizber and Oodle, to name but a few. If you have created a virtual tour of your property using My360 then you can also publish to their free property portal my360rea.com so be sure to try that too!

3. Commenting & answering questions

Any Q&A websites, and search for people asking about properties or websites with properties in your area and answer their questions.

Don’t just look for specifics, someone may ask a question about property tax in your region, answer the question, and add your link to the footer of your answer. If anything, it is good for your website :)

4. Make a virtual tour

We mentioned this previously but virtual tours are the new Open House! Without them, we would have been very stuck during all the confinements this year!

You can create virtual tours for real estate agents easy and affordable by using a good virtual tour Software such as My360.

Once created, use the before mentioned ways to share your virtual tour link and watch those leads come in thick and fast!

5. Write a blog

This one is a bit more time consuming and you need to like to write about stuff. But if you’re good at it, then put that pen to paper and start scribbling!

Blogs are like gold dust in the online world and if you are a good writer you can get your blog published almost anywhere.

Don’t do the same old same old though, be original, be informative and write like you talk.

This way, people enjoy reading your stuff and before you know it they clicked on your link and bought a home from you!

It’s that easy :)

Of course, we know it is never that easy, but it helps, and in a saturated world like the one we’re currently living in, it will be hard to stand out. But with a bit of imagination, some hard work and dedication, you will be able to do it. Keep at it!
