Morning Prayer February 12, 2014 WEDNESDAY Time: 7:30 - 7:40 AM I. The behavior of the students was commendable and they should continue good practices. Specifically, they should continue lining up after recess and lunch to go to their classrooms with their classmates and their designated teacher at the designated areas. Students should also be mindful of others and should lessen the noise they produce. II. The Suggestions Box found by the MER should be used to report any act that disrupts peace and should be used to comment on the current practices of the unit. III. Students and all other members of the community should work together in caring for the environment, standing up for peace and for being able to express their ideas and concerns for themselves and for others. IV. The Class Officers should be reminded that the following tasks must be accomplished: A. President: Account for stools, manage Transit Pass, manage/clean materials in the classroom B. Vice President: Check Attendance, Pass Attendance Forms, Pass Absentee, Late and Clinic Slips C. Secretary: Pass Minutes of the Meeting for Homeroom, Pass Reply Slip Forms D. Treasurer: Bear and pass a Record of Payments and forms for the Class Fund and other related Financial reports E. OSR: Manage cabinets, padlocks and keys V. Students who have not updated/settled their accounts will not be able to take the Final Exams. VI. Reply slips should be passed on time. There will be a grace period until February 16 wherein students can pass their formerly un-submitted reply slips. VII. Students should be reminded of the following: A. They should always wear proper uniform.
