Views from the top floors need to be seen to be fully appreciated. Photographs are useful but don't have the same impact.

Ancona is presently on oil fired central heating although a new 63mm gas main has been installed and capped off near the house ready for a changeover to gas.

In 2015 £25k was spent widening the driveway, resurfacing and installing improved surface water drainage to serve Ancona and it's 2 neighbours 'Allen Ridge' and 'Anglers Lodge' who both have right of way and right of access over the lower main driveway of Ancona.
