ASUG participants, as employees of a SAP software licensed company, have to abide by the provisions of their company's SAP license agreement (Which in addition to the SAP software requires them to keep confidential any other SAP proprietary information. We define SAP proprietary information as the SAP software and documentation, any complete or partial copy of the program concept, third party opinion, database, third party software, benchmarking results, information reasonably identifiable as confidential and proprietary info for SAP, or licensee, or other licensors.). This means participants have to protect SAP proprietary information from disclosure

SAP Update on PPM Strategy/Focus SAPs strategy and focus for SAP PPM is to continue to

support the flexibility of the application to support the processes of: Innovation management and R&D Project and Portfolio

In order to make deployments faster and deliver more best practices SAP introduced the Rapid Deployment Solutions (RDS) The first RDS for SAP PPM 5.0 was delivered

in the beginning of 2011
