316L Grade Stainless Steel (1.4404 to EN 10088) Material: Austenitic stainless steel. Metallurgical composition: 17% Cr. / 11% Ni. / 2% Mo. Tensile Strength N/mm²: 530 Minimum. 0.2% Proof stress N/mm: 240 Minimum. Elongation %: 40 Minimum. Finishes: natural or electro-chemical polish. Applications: Marine grade, high corrosion resistance suitable for salt laden environments onshore & offshore. For internal and external locations with good impact resistance for type 4X enclosures. Used extensively in food processing industries due it’s superior material properties. 304 Grade Stainless Steel (1.4301 to EN 10088) Material: Austenitic stainless steel. Metallurgical composition: 18% Cr. / 8.5% Ni. Tensile Strength N/mm²: 520 Minimum. 0.2% Proof stress N/mm: 230 Minimum. Elongation %: 45 Minimum. Finishes: Electro-chemical polish or Painted, Polyester epoxy powder coating. Applications: Good corrosion resistance suitable for non-salt laden environments onshore. For internal and external locations with good impact resistance for type 4X enclosures. 400 Series Stainless Steel (1.4512 to EN 10088) Material: Ferritic stainless steel. Metallurgical composition: 11% Cr. + Ti. Tensile Strength N/mm²: 380 Minimum. 0.2% Proof stress N/mm: 220 Minimum. Elongation %: 25 Minimum. Finishes: Painted, Polyester epoxy powder coating. Applications: Corrosion resistance suitable for non-salt laden environments onshore. For internal and external locations with good impact resistance for type 4X enclosures
