Based on over 70 years of research, the Kuder® Assessments are designed to adapt to a variety of classroom settings. Three research-based assessments are available to system users:
Kuder® Career Search with Person Match – measures career interests and matches results to specific career clusters, plans of study, occupations, and educational options.
Kuder® Skills Assessment – rates a variety of tasks and activities according to current skill level and aligns results with career clusters.
Super’s Work Values Inventory – helps individuals discover the workplace values that are important by rating workplace characteristics.
The assessments provide automatic, immediate scoring and can be customized to any state-specific career cluster system.

The Education Planner is designed to help students create four- to eight-year education plans that align with career clusters, pathways, and available courses to meet state's requirements.

The Administrative Database Management System provides real-time access to individual and aggregate data and resources to:
