Supertec Machinery Inc. a grinding machine manufacturer with abundant experience in the grinding machine industry is proud to introduce their new CNC worm and thread grindimg machine, the WT300. The design and manufacture of the WT300 is based on the latest technology, a combining the CNC control and a personal computer (PC) with Smart Grinding user friendly software, a direct drive motor and a linear motor, all of which assures the machines high degree of precision during grinding. The WT300 is designed to do the following types of grinding: double lead grinding, taper thread grinding, single flank grinding, dual pressure angle grinding, plug thread gage, rolling die, and crusher roller grinding. The specially developed software is flexible and allows for a practically infinite number of profiles, management of grinding cycles, dressing cycles, and storage of machine processes and profile data. The combination of the PC and digital control system allows for easy operation and data input as well as unlimited software settings. The flexible dresser system enables profile of grinding wheels for standardized worm profiles and multi-ribs grinding wheels for thread grinding, including the tip root modifications and profiles of rotors for pumps.
