WHAT IS IT?

We have been working for more than 10 years with different companies organizing this highly effective 3 day corporate retreat. It covers the identity and the way of doing of an organization, and how that organization members can share and contribute to that culture.

WHEN IS THIS NECESSARY?

This is a very useful intervention in different scenarios:

- A time of change in an organization when a new phase is opening.

- To strength the human structure after a period of crisis.

- When team integration at national or international level is a determining factor.

SETTING THE GOALS.

At least 3 months before the retreat, meetings are held with the top direction to establish the goals, desired outcomes, and participants that will attend the retreat.

INTERVIEWS.

Once the list of participants is decided, we have interviews with all of them to have a clear picture of challenges, necessities they may have, and to communicate clearly the purpose and the benefits of the retreat.

A CUSTOMIZED PLAN.

After the interview phase, we can have a sense of how close or far the starting point is from the desired goals established with the direction. According to that, a customized plan of intervention is designed for the retreat.

3 DAY RETREAT

3 days of intense indoor & outdoor work on oneself, the team, and the organization are the key for success.
