The number of lots or number of schools to be grouped per contract will be decided at a later stage. However it is estimated

submission of an offer.

As the programme is funded by the EU, the Works will be tendered and contracted in accordance with the EC’s standard

procedures as given on their website: http://europa.eu.int/comm/europeaid/tender/practical guide 2006/annexes works en.htm.

Specific attention is drawn to article 1.2 of the Instructions to Tenderers.

The forecast is NOT a tender advertisement. Tender announcements will be published during 2006. It planned to launch

the tenders in May 2006 for awarding of contracts in September 2006.
