The Forms 541 for 215 Squadron only list the aircraft "Captain" for the various operations. These transcriptions were done to provide some data on the various aircrew members, and what operations they took part in. At this point in time the transcripts are "as typed"; they have not been checked for typing errors, nor have they been check against the original microfilm records for "transcription" errors. The total content of the Sortie Reports and Battle Orders has not been transcribed in most cases. Battle Orders often had a "Part 2" which gave information on bomb loads, fuel loads, etc. Sortie reports usually had details of each aircraft's flight. At some time these will be added to the transcription.
