LSPR is one of London's world class trainingproviders. Established in 1992, LSPR has a widerange of scope and are specifically experts incommunications and management training.

Each course is delivered live with a key industryexpert leading the session. Communicationthroughout the session will be interactive, withdelegates being able to discuss key concepts, casestudies and examples with both the trainer andothers undertaking the course.

We are focussed on providing customised advice toour clients in order to find solutions to problems.

Our live sessions are limited to a maximum of eight attendees. You will besupported by an expert trainer throughout the course. The remote-learningsessions are interactive and practical, helping you seek solutions.

We aim to provide our clients with a supportive space, to openly discuss yourchallenges, new ideas and evaluate existing ones.

LSPR attendees are assessed prior to a session with a pre-training assessmentform. The form contains questions relating to your or your staff's position, thelevel of current understanding, immediate training needs and objectives of thetraining.

We aim to make the session as specific to our clients' needs as possible, byunderstanding skills gaps and requirements before the course takes place. Wesend the pre-training assessment form ahead of time and this will be sharedwith the trainer and integrated into the course.

For over 25 years, LSPR has trained thousands of clients from both the privateand public sectors. We have experience in receiving delegates from multiplesectors and backgrounds. Our delegates provide us with wonderful feedbackon the benefits of practical training and the new skills acquired.

One common point they make is how useful our consultative approach hadbeen in giving them practical and realistic solutions to the challenges theyface in their roles. They gain confidence, improve up-to-date knowledge,empowered and feel invested in and hence motivated to perform in their jobs.

HOW WE TRAIN

ACCREDITATION LSPR courses are approved and awarded by the Continuing ProfessionalDevelopment accreditation and Certification body (The CPD). For furtherdetails please click here.

Provided attendance and contribution throughout the course has been to aspecific standard, delegates will gain a CPD approved qualification, awarded atCertificate, Advanced Certificate or Diploma level.
