FAQ

What are the raffles? We will be announcing raffle winners during the exhibit hallsessions. Premium booth exhibitors will have an opportunity to submit raffle winnersto us during the sessions and we will announce the winners. This will be for attendeesthat visit your booth and enter to win a raffle prize of your choosing. We will ask theexhibitor to coordinate the delivery of the raffle prize to the winner.*

What is the Video Ad Theme Contest? Each premium exhibitor will be given twoseparate opportunities to show a video: in their booth and prior to a workshopsession. If you would like to get into the spirit of the Leadership Mixtape, you cantheme your 60-second promo video. Attendees will have an opportunity to vote ontheir favorite Mixtape promo video. The winner will receive 1/2 off of next year'sbooth, and the 2 runner-ups will receive 25% off of next year's booth.*

What is the schedule? We will be asking standard and premium exhibitors to beavailable in their Zoom rooms and chats during the following hours:

What is the Virtual Scavenger Hunt? Each exhibit hall session attendees will begiven a list of the premium booth exhibitors to visit - they will need to watch yourvideo and at the end of the video we will be providing them an answer to a question(we will ask you beforehand questions, like your favorite 80's/90's band, song, etc.)Attendees will need to submit all the correct answers and will get entered into adrawing for a prize.*

What are the networking events? Each night we will be hosting various fun family-friendly networking events. We encourage all our exhibitors to logon and participate inthe events. It will be a great way for you to connect with our attendees and have somefun! (Networking will be Monday, March 1 - Friday, March 5, 2021)

Still unsure? We will be hosting exhibitor training sessions leading up the event tomake sure all the exhibitors are comfortable with the technology and theirresponsibilities. Stay tuned for dates and times of these sessions.
