Introduction

While the 26th annual, live, virtual AONP Conference will be held October 22-23, 2020; the opportunities for exhibitors extends from October 20, 2020 through October 30, 2020.

Our goal was to host a live conference, at the Cox Convention Center, in Oklahoma City. However, due to the pandemic we have migrated from a live, in-person, conference to a live, interactive, virtual conference.

Each virtual exhibitor booth will be accessible to our attendees from October 20 (two days before the conference) during the conference on Thursday and Friday and the following week, providing a great opportunity for lead generation.

The conference begins at 8:00 am on October 22nd and extends through 6:00 pm Friday, October 23rd. This is our first experience hosting a virtual conference. Our live conferences are attended by 400+ NPs and we are hoping for those same numbers at our virtual event.

Silver and Gold exhibitor booth/sponsorships will have limited access to chat with attendees during breaks. Platinum booth vendors will have a dedicated chat feature in their booth - allowing for better communication with attendees.
