• Selection of language interface is available.

• To avoid product spillage, filling nozzle dips to cover the neck once bottle is positioned for filling.

The compact design adopts motorized hopper / bin lifting system to transport tablets / capsules from a

floored mounted hopper to the CVC counter.This new lifter provides wider application while only small space is required. It is suitable for all kinds

of tablets or/and capsules, seamless construction of hopper prevents possible product contamination.

• On/off is auto-triggered.

When products like pharmaceuticals and vitamins are exposed to moisture, desiccants are able to prevent moisture damage by absorbing moisture from the air.CVC provides three type of solutions: desiccant pouch inserter, desiccant canister inserters with elevator hopper and desiccant canister inserters with vibrator bowl. All three are PLC controlled of fully automatic operation and made in compliance with cGMP requirements.It is available to reach double output when two machines are used and fitted with a dual -track conveyor.

The compact-designed CVC 1206H in-line capping system provides the great performance of high speed and stability to satisfy the modern bulk production.

• Speed up to 180 bottles per minute.

• The capping station is equipped with 1 motorized pair of cap tightening

belts to ensure more contact on caps and enhance the tightening strength.

The belts also act as the buffer to minimize damages to caps under high

speed operation.

• Cap tightening torque can be adjusted to accompany bottles with different

torque requirements. When the appropriate torque is set, bottles with

insufficient rotating torque will be rejected to ensure the quality.

Cotton Inserting

continuous cotton.

(straight length before folding).

The CVC Cotton Inserter converts cotton into preset lengths. The coil is pulled apart into desired lengths by feeding through two pairs of pinch rollers, each piece is then folded and inserted up into a tube, forming the "inverted U", the tube then moves over the bottle and the cotton piece is inserted down into the bottle by means of air cylinders.It is available to reach double output when two machines are used and fitted with a dual-track conveyor.
