Expectations
Students who work at Open Doors site are expected to:
Sign in/out.
Use cell phone in the classroom only for appropriate music with earbuds.... i.e. no phone calls, tex-ting or other social media.
Abide by the YSD behavior-dress code (no gang attire or hats) and work quietly on his/her own coursework.
Consume food/drink in designat-ed areas only; never at comput-ers.
Student Course Expectations
Must attend a minimum of four hours, two days per week.
Must meet weekly face to face in person with teacher
Make academic progress.
Complete all courses with a grade of 80 % or higher.
Pass two GED tests in one school year.
GED- High school equivalen-cy certificate.
Daily Schedules:
Monday 8:00- 1:30
Tuesday 8:00– 6:00
Wednesday 8:00- 2:30
Thursday 8:00- 6:00
Friday 8:00- 2:30
