Abstract:ThestudytendstoinvestigatethepresentsituationofGraduateProgramsofTeachingChineseasaSecondLanguage(GPTCSL)in16UniversitiesofTaiwanChinabymeansofliteraturereview,fieldinvestigationandinterviewandstatisticalanalysisofthedata.Thestudyemphasizesthecurrentteachers’developmentontheprofessionaltitles,academicstandards,experienceofstudyingabroadandtheeducationalbackgroundofEducatorsofGPTCSLandconductedthecomparativestudybasedontheinterviewwiththeteachersandtheexistingresearchinMainlandChina.Themotiveofthestudyistosharetheinformationaboutthequalifiedteachersontwosidesandlearnfromeachother.Atthesametime,themutualsharingcanbuiltaChineselanguageteacherstandardsoastoimprovetheeffectivenessoftheChineseLanguageteachers’training.Keywords:GraduateProgramsofTeachingChineseasaSecondLanguage;TeachersTeam;TeacherEducator;thetwosidesoftheTaiwanStrait

Abstract:Theteacher’simageisapartofteacher’squalities,anditplaysanimportantrolefortheteachingactivities.Forhelpingnewteachersunderstandtheimportanceofteacher’simage,throughquestionnairessurvey,thispaperbasedonthedescriptionfromthequalifiedinternationalstudentsregardingtoateacher’sinternalimageandexternalimage,showstheresultsthattherequestoftheinternalimageismuchmoreimportantthanexternalimagebytheinternationalstudents.Theresultsalsoshowtheundergraduateinternationalstudentspreferfriendlytypeofteacher-studentrelationship,andhopetheteacherscanfacetheirmistakedirectly.Femaleinternationalstudentsaremoreunwillingtoaccepttheunfairtreatment,andpreferenthusiastic,friendlyandcheerfulteachers.Ontheotherhand,themaleinternationalstudentshavehigherstandardforateacher’sworkingattitude,andprefertheteacherswhocarethestudents’learningsituation.Keywords:teacher’simage;internalimage;externalimage;difference
