Certified Diabetes Educators: To satisfy the requirement for renewal of certification by continuing education for the National Certification Board for Diabetes Educators (NCBDE), continuing education activities must be diabetes related and approved by a provider on the NCBDE List of Approved Providers (www.ncbde.org). NCBDE does not approve continuing education. The American Diabetes Association is on the NCBDE List of Approved Providers.

Successful Completion Statement To Claim Continuing Education Credits Certificates of Completion/Attendance are provided to registered attendees based upon completion of the online evaluation available through April 6, 2018. Pre-registration is required for the 2018 American Diabetes Association - Wisconsin Area Conference being held on March 16 & 17. The cost of the conference is $175 for professionals and $100 for full-time students. Fee includes breakfast, luncheon, and beverages.
