WHAT IS ACT?Art Culture Tourism is a promotions agency whose mission is to recognise, bring together and fuse the multi-cultural creatives in its network, promote Beeston, Nottingham and ACT’s artists, photographers, authors and performers on an international stage.

At ACT we believe it is important for our Friends to be acknowledged, our Partners to get the opportunity to put their money exactly in to the areas of the event that will benefit them and their business and our Sponsors the scope to achieve the profile exposure being a cultural champion deserves.

ACTive opportunities have been devised to focus resulting brand exposure either to the audience or the wider ACT community. ACT tailors each Partnership Package to formulate the best possible deal.

Choosing to be an ACT-IVE Partner or Sponsor

1. Friends of ACT - £10 or priceless time in kind.Contribution: Individual time pledge (ie. event stewards, volunteers, legacy advocates, fans)

2. ACT Supporters - £50 *** Take a look at our Partners & Sponsors page bit.ly/act-thanks ***Contribution: Single event support for supplementing resources (venue, equipment, materials, printing) or your branded promotional items for the audience engagement pack and displays, (ie. Pens, Post-its, Canvas bag, Flyers etc)

Perk: x1 complimentary VIP* PRICE ticket added as a ‘Supporter’ with a logo and link on our Partners & Sponsors page. Provide us with your twitter name we will include you in our progress dialogue on social media.

3. VIP Partners - £100 *** Ask us about social media ***Contribution: Single event support towards the venue, and event overheads (ie PR and advertising.)

Perk: Access to our VIP Guest event receptions** and x1 complimentary VIP* PRICE ticket. You will be identified as a ‘Partner’ in event media including the website with your logo being displayed to the audience.(This option is tailored towards local businesses operating B2C retail stores, bars, service providers etc)

4. ACTive Sponsors - £350 *** Ask about podcasts and promotional opportunities ***Contribution: 12 month package to maintain ACT administration. Supporting the promotion, technical support, pre & post production of media, live streaming & documentation of a specific event)

Perk: Access to our VIP Guest event receptions with a Guest ** and x1 VIP* PRICE ticket. 1yr as a ‘VIP Partner’ identified as a ‘Silver Sponsor’ in the event media with an end credit in produced media published to YouTube. (This option is tailored towards businesses operating nationally or internationally B2B).

5. Artist Champions - £200 - £1000 *** Ask us about having your ACT artist in residence ***Perk: Bespoke Package - Access to our VIP Guest event receptions** and x1 VIP* PRICE ticket. ACT’s artists are international. Travel & Accommodation is provided for them along with minimal expenses. Diamond perks can include introductions to the artist you champion. They will be personally introduced to you. Each artist will develop their own perks package (ie signed book copies or print) You will be identified as a ‘Diamond Sponsor’ with a logo and link on our Partners & Sponsors page as well as on the Artists ACT page.
