The Goal: 60% of working age adults (age 25-64) in Tampa Bay

holding high quality college degrees and credentials by 2025

LEAP aligned its goal with FCAN’s Statewide Goal

• Similar starting points: Hillsborough at 40.9%* AA or above in 2013;

Florida at about 39%

*Add about 6-7% for Certifications
