We are always looking for new and innovated ways to customize garments. We stock a variety of specialty inks, such as liquid gel, metallic ink, glitter, puff ink and more.

Finding new ways to combine decorating methods to produce styles that separate brands from their competition is a passion of ours. Adding rhinestone transfers on top of a water base print, or a foil/litho combo transfer to a sublimated shirt are uncommon ways to make eye-catching garments.

Maybe you have an idea, but can’t visualize it – our product development and creative teams can assist by designing an entire garment just for you.

C. Belt Print. With belt screen printing we can produce all-over designs for a seamless look. For the best look, the all-over print should be used with water base inks. Additional prints can be added with plastisol or specialty inks.

D. Unique Placement. Sometimes a design just won’t be as exciting without printing it in a unique area. Think outside of the box and get creative with artwork placement. Side hits are a great way to achieve a distinctive look.

A. Standard Plastisol Print. We can make your idea come to life. From a one-color to a twelve-color print, we can produce your artwork on countless garment types. We can use standard colors or PMS match to brand standards.

Look at adding specialty inks to produce a fun and creative piece.

B. Jumbo Water Base Print. Looking for a lighter feel to your print? Try water based ink. Where plastisol inks sit on top of the garment, water based inks soak into the garment, leaving it with a soft touch and feel. When printing on dark garments, we use water base discharge inks. In addition to a soft feel, you can add heat transfer elements to a garment with water base inks. Add rhinestones, foil or hotfix glitter for a multi-deco print that will steal the show.

A. Metallic Ink. Achieve a subtle sheen without the dramatic, reflective shine of foil. Available in gold and sliver, metallic ink makes a great accent to an overall artwork design.

B. Liquid Silver Ink. More shine than metallic ink, liquid silver is a great way to simulate the foil look when you can’t use foil. For the best results, liquid silver should be use on dark color garments.

C. Glow-In-The-Dark. Stand out in the crowd, at night! Glow-in-the-dark ink is a great way to add some extra fun to your print. Best used with white and light colored inks. The translucent ink can be laid over specific areas or the entire artwork design.

D Crackle Ink. The grunge or distressed look continues to be a popular style. When used, crackle ink creates a vintage style look once printed and dried.

E. Liquid Gel. Get that “wet” look by adding a liquid gel coating to your print. This translucent ink is a great way to add accents to an overall design.

F. Glitter. Add a little sparkle to your next design. Glitter can be added to any color ink making it an ideal option for design accents. Or print your entire artwork in glitter to make a bold statement.

G. Puff Ink. Create a raised print with puff ink. Popular in the 80’s, it is a perfect for that retro look. An additive is added to plastisol ink to make it puff up, and have a soft feel.

H. Foil. Let it shine with foil. Available in a variety of colors, including gold, silver, red, blue, green and many more. Foil is an eye-catching element that will reflect light and shimmer like the sun.

B. Rhinestones. Achieve the most glittery effect with Rhinestones. When light reflects through the clear or colored stones, it creates a beautiful sparkle like diamonds and gems.

C. Rhinestuds. To get a more subtle shine, go with studs. The metallic coating lets them sparkle, but they don’t catch as much light as stones.

D. Nailheads. Available in a variety of shapes, sizes and colors, nailheads are a creative way to display a logo.

E. Litho Transfer. A great alternative for producing high color artwork. Litho transfers are 4-color process heat transfers that are designed not to crack.

F. Foil Transfer. Get the fashionable effect of foil with a heat transfer. Available in a variety of colors and patterns. Foil is a popular choice when looking for that ultimate shine and reflection.

G. Sublimated Foil. Two techniques have been combined to create one-of-a-kind transfers. A sublimated image is applied on top of a foil transfer. The final transfer can be custom die-cut into any shape.

H. Simulated Sequin. Achieve that sequin look without the bulk of real sequin. This foil transfer is designed with holes in the center, and it reflects light well.

I. Hotfix Glitter. Whether you need one color of want to mix multiple colors, hotfix glitter is perfect for adding sparkle to your design.

J. Flock Transfer. Give your design the added effect of a soft, suede feel. This raised, textured transfer option is great for getting that retro look.

K. Embroidered Appliqué Patches. The perfect option for work shirts and uniforms. The patches give the look and feel of direct embroidery.
