Infection Control: Exhibits good hand hygiene—regardless of assignment—washing hands before and after PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT Criteria Performance 4. Participation: Performs assignments effectively; works well with others 5. Communication & Teamwork: Displays professional behavior (informs Volunteer Services of special needs from patients/families/staff, asks questions when in doubt, notifies staff when unable to volunteer, responds to Volunteer Services’ communications) 6. Flexibility: Remains calm and demonstrates flexibility in difficult situations 7. Dependability: Reports for assignments when scheduled and on time 8. Documentation: Consistently & promptly records service hours, visit notes 9. Continuing Education: Attends one (1) education session per year 10.
