HOW IS AN ORDER PLACEDYou may place an order by contacting Merchandise Coordinator Joe Falardeau at [email protected] or 614.481.7331.

WHAT LOGO DETAILS NEED TO BE PROVIDED IF ORDERING CO-BRANDED MERCHANDISEAn embroidery (DST) or vector (EPS) file of your corporate logo upon ordering. Please be specific with your company logo instructions.

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDERYes. The minimums are usually 36 pieces per brand, 12 per color/style for apparel and 36 pieces per brand, 18 per color/style for headwear. Accessory items vary.

WHAT IS THE LATEST DATE AN ORDER CAN BE PLACEDThe official deadline to order co-branded merchandise and to receive it by the event is June 10, 2016. It is highly encouraged to place orders in advance.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER AN ORDER IS PLACEDAn order confirmation will be produced and emailed to you. The confirmation will show all details of the order and will require a final approval and signature. Once you sign and return the confirmation, the order will be sent into production.

HOW QUICKLY CAN THE ORDERED MERCHANDISE ARRIVEAfter placing an order to receiving the final merchandise is between 4-6 weeks. Within 1-2 weeks of placing an order, proofs will be received by email of your corporate logo on each co-branded item before it is produced. Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery AFTER the logo approval. Please specify a firm in-hand date if a rush order is needed.

HOW AND WHEN DO ORDERS NEED TO BE PAIDOrders may be paid by check or credit card. An invoice will be provided and payment must be received before an order is placed.

PLACING AN ORDER

Corporate clients have an exclusive opportunity to co-brand Championship merchandise. The 2016 U.S. Senior Open logo is always in the prominent position when co-branded with a corporate logo.

For example, if the U.S. Senior Open logo is on the left chest of a shirt, the corporate logo may be on the sleeve. The corporate logo may never be larger than the Championship logo.

LOGO GUIDELINES

CORPORATE LOGO USAGEPlease let us know how you would like your corporate logo to appear. If you have specific PMS or thread colors for your logo, they must be provided with the order.

Corporate logos can be colored in 3 different ways:

1. OFFICIAL COLOR LOGOMaintains the original colors defined in the logo.

2. COLOR COORDINATED LOGOEach color in the logo will match or be complementary to colors found in the garment.

3. TONAL LOGOThe primary color of the garment will mostly be used.

The Corporate Logo must fall within the size restrictions illustrated below. The Corporate Logo may be smaller, but can never be larger, than the dimensions shown below. The Corporate Logo must always be placed in a secondary location on merchandise. For example, if the official Championship logo is on the left chest of a shirt, the Corporate Logo may be on the sleeve.

Exception: If the official Championship Logo is enlarged to 5 inches or greater (for example, on umbrellas or large luggage pieces), the Corporate Logo may be enlarged to fit within the “exception” size restrictions.

These guidelines are to ensure that the focal point of the merchandise is always the Championship and the Championship Logo, rather than on any related commercial aspect; therefore no exceptions will be made.
