The Arizona Cardinals Junior Cheerleaders Program offers a rare and unique opportunity to perform in a halftime show with the Cardinals Cheerleaders in front of 65,000 fans at the University of Phoenix Stadium! This program is designed specifically to promote self-esteem, pride, commitment, and dis-cipline among young women ages 5-14. No dance or cheer experience is required!

PERFORMANCEThe Arizona Cardinals Junior Cheerleaders perfor-mance will be held during halftime on Friday, August 12 at the Cardinals vs Oakland Raiders game! Game starts at 7:00 pm.

REHEARSALSJunior cheerleaders will be required to attend all three dance rehearsals in order to perform in the halftime show. Please note the rehearsals are held at different locations.

*Rehearsals #1 and #2 will be closed to parents and the public due to capacity restrictions. Please be assured that there is always plenty of

supervision and the safety of your daughter is our #1 priority.

Rehearsal times are subject to change based on registration numbers and facility capacity restrictions. (8 year olds may change to the later time).

At each rehearsal we will focus on the choreography for the halftime performance as well as basic cheerleading and dance technique. Junior Cheerleaders will be divided into age groups and will receive instruction directly from the Arizona Cardinals Cheerleaders. We will provide video instruction so the junior cheerleaders can practice at home but all choreography will be first taught in rehearsal.

ATTIREWe are very excited to announce that we have all new attire for the 2016 Junior Cheer program! Every junior cheerleader will need the new attire which is included in the registration cost. Attire will consist of:

◆ Official Junior Arizona Cardinals Cheerleader tank and skort ◆ Official metallic “game day” poms ◆ Performance hair bow

*All junior cheerleaders will be required to provide their own white athletic shoes

REGISTRATIONRegistration for the 2016 Arizona Cardinals Junior Cheerleaders program will end on 7/1/2016 or when we reach 225 Junior Cheerleaders. To register visit www.azcardinals.com/cheerleaders/junior-cheer-program.html and click “Register now”.

Cost of registration is $195.00 and includes:◆ Official Junior Arizona Cardinals Cheerleader shirt and skort ◆ Official metallic “game day” poms ◆ Performance hair bow ◆ $20.00 game day stadium food voucher for Junior Cheerleader◆ DVD of halftime performance & photos ◆ Autographed Cheerleader team poster◆ 3 days of dance and cheer instruction under the Arizona Cardinals Cheerleaders ◆ Halftime performance at University of Phoenix Stadium

Tickets are NOT included in registration costs and must be purchased separately. Please see the “ticket” section on the following page for more details.

When registering, be sure to provide a valid email address that is checked frequently. We will be communicating additional details via email prior to each rehearsal.

TICKETS Every junior cheerleader must have a ticket to enter the stadium on game day. This ticket is not included with registration. They also need to have at least one chaperone attend the game and sit with them.

Tickets are available at the Junior Cheer group rate of $36.75/each on the Terrace Level.

If you have season tickets or have previously purchased tickets you do not need to buy additional tickets. Just be sure you have one ticket for your junior cheerleader and one ticket for a chaperone.

Tickets are on a first-come, first-served basis.

PROGRAM GUIDELINES & RULESPayment must be made at the time of registration via PayPal. (Registration will close on 7/1/2016 or when we reach 225 Junior Cheerleaders.)

Parents must check in junior at the start of each rehearsal and pick up at the end of each rehearsal. Parents are not allowed to stay for rehearsal 1 & 2. One parent chaperone must attend the rehearsal at the stadium on Saturday, August 6.

Waiver must be signed and turned in at check in at the first rehearsal on July 23. Please print waiver and bring a completed copy with you.

No tryouts or previous dance/cheer required- this program is tailored to all ages and abilities!

No exchanges on attire sizes.

Bring a water bottle with to rehearsal. No food or other beverages are allowed inside the practice facility.

There will be a parent meeting during rehearsal on Saturday, August 6 regarding game day details. Please plan to attend.
