The Chartered Management Institute (CMI)

Chartered Management Institute (CMI ) qualifications are the internationally recognised management qualification. As the only chartered professional body in the field of management and leadership, clients are assured that CMI qualifications are of the highest quality. Each CMI Diplo-ma leads towards achieving CMI Chartered Manager sta-tus. Chartered Manager is the highest status that can be achieved in the managerial profession.

In the UK alone 35,000 people studied for a CMI qualification in 2012. The reason why can be seen in a recent CMI survey.

In the survey:

• Over 85% of managers agreed their CMI management and leadership qualification improved their perfor-mance and by transferring their new skills to the work place, almost all have seen a vast improvement in their teams’ performance too.

• 78% of employers agreed that CMI qualifications pro-vide quality assurance for them and that the benefits outweighed the time, money and effort invested in obtaining them.

• More than 80% of managers said that their CMI qualifi-cation had helped them in gaining a promotion.
