These trays are the solution for soaking and cleaning scopes, cameras and other long instruments. Made of chemically resistant plastics, each system includes a base, a cover to limit fumes and a Steri-Strainer to safely remove contents without contacting the solution. Autoclavable to 270°F

The Autoclavable Anti-Fatigue Mat is a perfect addition to your cleaning station floor and is sure to relieve much of the stress the body endures from standing hours on end. Not only can the mat’s solid, non-porous surface be cleaned by manual and automated methods (the latter in a cart washer), but can also can be further decontaminated by steam sterilization.

Non-porous rubber compound is 100% anti-microbial and is USP 797 compliant.

Instrument manufacturers, AAMI, AORN and others generally recommend that decontamination of instruments begin within 30 minutes of use so that organic soils, particularly blood, do not dry. But often this is not possible. The solution to extended holding time of soiled instruments? The patented Humipak™! The Humipak™ consists of a layer of highly absorbent material sandwiched between two layers of water proof film. To use, place individual instruments, or an entire instrument tray inside the Humipak™, add the specified amount of water to the absorbent layer, and seal with the peel away adhesive strip. This creates a water tight, moist atmosphere that will prevent organics from drying over an extended period of time. Further, the transparent film allows observation of the contents and a list of contents and/instructions can be written directly onto the film. Testing has demonstrated that items will remain moist for up to 3 days, depending upon the type of instruments, and the exact composition of the residue. Humipaks™ are available in two sizes - full tray and half tray dimensions.

Our smallest unit is available with solid or slotted cover. All parts are autoclavable to 275°F. This system is ideal for use in Clinics, E.R. and Floors for a small number of instruments.

The base tray of this system is large enough to hold a complete instrument tray. The snap down lid and molded-in gasket provide a near watertight seal. Maximum temperature is 200°F.

The Sleeve Gloves are a unique fusion of an 11 mil nitrile glove and a 4 mil protective sleeve. With an overall length of 28 inches, these gloves provide complete durable hand and arm protection. The sleeve gloves are comfortable, flexible, and lightweight, while the elastic cuff on the sleeve gloves inhibits slippage of the sleeve from the upper arm. The Drape Long Shield is ideal for use in departments where maximum personal protection is the goal. This full face shield which provides the best splash protection against exposure to bloodborne pathogens. It adds an 8 inch fluid barrier that extends below the integral full face shield.
