TIER 2 & TIER 3 Re-assessment and Flexible Deadline Rules tighten restrictions on re-dos and flexible deadlines.● Using flexible deadlines impacts C&CR

scores.● Teachers will use the “Incomplete” more

often.● Teachers have discretion to reduce or

eliminate deadline flexibility.
