EXCITInG nEW IMprOVEMEnTS FOr 2013 STADIUM SEATInG UpGrADES

As we all settle into the new Amon

G. Carter Stadium, final tweaks are

being made – some based on patron

feedback – to make the experience

as comfortable and convenient

as possible. In response, we are

adding benchbacks to all 200 Level

and higher seating sections (that

currently have no back).

In addition, we have contracted with

a vendor for cushioned chairback

rental seats available for lower bowl

reserved seat patrons. We hope you

enjoy these improvements.

SEASOn TICKET prICE InFOrMATIOn

This year all prices have been increased by a nominal $25 per season ticket; however, Scholarship Seating seat donations have not been increased. The new range of TCU Football season ticket prices ($175-$225 excluding seat donations) still represents the best value in the entire Big 12 Conference.

SEASOn TICKET ChAnGE rEQUESTSAs we enter our second season in the new Amon G. Carter Stadium, some season ticket holders may wish to change their seats. While it is impossible to know how many, or exactly which seats, current season ticket holders may choose to release, we do know that we have an inventory of approximately 1,800 seats available to be purchased as season tickets beginning in 2013.

These seats are the result of architectural design and seat spacing efficiencies resulting after the initial re-seating program in 2012. The seats are scattered among various sections throughout the stadium, and will be available in varying adjacent quantities (some may be singles, others may be groups of up to 8 seats).

THE PROCESS ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• All current season ticket holders have an option to review and possibly change their seats

based on their January 1, 2013, Horned Frog Priority Points rank and seating availability;

• Even if you are interested in changing seats, you must first renew and send payment by

the renewal deadline of April 15th for all (or as many as you wish to renew) of the current

season tickets listed on the enclosed Season Ticket & Parking Renewal form;

• Then mark the box noting your interest in possibly changing your seats. By marking this

box you are not obligated to change, but will ensure that you receive the option to review

available seats, if any, at the time of your seat selection;

• After all renewals have been processed, we will then provide all change requests with a

personal Seat Selection day and time for the review and purchase of available seats;

• Seat selections will be made via the Ballena online seating system. More information will be

provided after the renewel process;

• You may only change and purchase the number of seats that you have paid for during

the 2013 Season Ticket Renewal process.

• After reviewing seat availability, you may choose to keep your current, renewed

seats without penalty;

• If you do change your seats during this process, and downgrade to seats with a lower

seat donation than your current, renewed seats, then you will receive a refund for the

donation amount difference. If you upgrade to seats with a higher seat donation, you

will be required to pay the difference at the time you check out;

• Due to a limited supply of seat availability, please be advised that not all seat change

requests will be able to be fulfilled;

• If you desire to purchase additional season tickets, you may attempt to do so

after all renewals have been accommodated subject to your Priority Points rank

and ticket availability;

• Please provide your most recent email address on the enclosed Season Ticket & Parking
