Welcome to the 2012 Sporting Kansas City season! The Client

Services Department is specifically trained to ensure that you

receive the most out of your member experience.

Please take a moment to review the benefits, services and

personalized attention we will be providing you as a Season

Ticket Member.

– Invites to exclusive Season Ticket Member events

We will assign one Client Services Representative to become

your primary contact for any requests or questions. In addition

to sending monthly updates, your representative will handle

all aspects of your season ticket renewal. We look forward

to learning more about you and how we can enhance your

experience with us this season. We also thought you might

like to know a little more about us.

Matthew Evans manages the Client Services Department.

Prior to joining Sporting Kansas City on August 9,

2010, he spent four years with the Tampa Bay Rays of

Major League Baseball. Before beginning a career in

professional sports, Matt spent ten years in the U.S.

Army and then taught U.S. History. He’s been married for

ASHLEY GREEN

AMESHA TATE

Ashley Green joined Sporting Kansas City on August 16,

2010, as a Sales Associate. Her hometown is Charleston,

Illinois, and she graduated with a BA in Sports Marketing

and Management from Indiana University and a Master’s

in Sports Administration from Eastern Illinois University.

Amesha Tate joined Sporting Kansas City on September

7, 2010. Prior to Sporting Kansas City, She spent

two years as an Account Executive with the New

Orleans Hornets of the NBA. Amesha grew up in

Detroit, Michigan, and graduated with a BA in Sports

Management from Bowling Green State University.

If you are unable to attend a future match, you may

exchange your tickets for another match in advance,

based upon the following guidelines:

Only regular full season tickets may be exchanged.

Friendly match vouchers are not a part of the ticket

exchange program and unused tickets from a previous

match may not be redeemed.

Future match exchanges are on a ticket-for-ticket

basis and may not be combined to exchange for tickets

in a higher price category or multiple tickets in a lower

price category.

Season Ticket Members may exchange up to ten (10)

tickets per future match.

All weekday matches (Monday – Thursday) may be

exchanged for other weekday matches.

All weekend matches (Friday – Sunday) may be exchanged for other

weekend matches and for matches during the week.

A future match exchange must be received at least five (5)

business days prior to the match you want to exchange

or attend.

Season Ticket Members will receive seats in the same price

level and as close to your current seat location for future match

exchanges, subject to availability.

The original season ticket(s) must be turned in for an exchange to be

processed and may be exchanged only once. Tickets that have already

been exchanged may not be exchanged again. Exchanged tickets may not

be combined with group sale orders or events.

Season Ticket Members are permitted to upgrade their regular season

tickets into a higher-priced seating category on a match-by-match basis.

The Season Ticket Member pays the difference from the member price on

the regular season ticket from the member price on the upgraded ticket.

A ticket upgrade may be conducted at the box office on the day of and

prior to the start of the match, subject to availability. Click here for a PDF

Single match tickets, group tickets, premium seating, friendly match

vouchers and other types of tickets may not be exchanged or redeemed.

ABOUT MEMBERSHIP

At its core, the membership is being created to entertain, save our fans money

and give them access to stuff. The only cost for the membership is providing us

some simple profile information - participation is completely free.

Our ground-breaking affinity program will reward you for how much, how often

and how deeply you interact with Sporting Club teams, places or events. It will

help you get better connected to our partners, while also providing substantial

discounts on the goods and services they offer.

BENEFITS INCLUDE:

– Complimentary tickets to road matches.

– Complimentary access to the Members’ Section of the stadium for three (3) Sporting Kansas City matches per season.

– Access to the Sporting Explore mobile app that will provide members the opportunity to interact during an event.

– Actively participate and share content with other fans at the stadium.

– Access to exclusive Sporting Kansas City content, as well as invitations to members-only ticket presales for concerts and special events at LIVESTRONG Sporting Park.

Our goal is to create an experience that offers something for everyone – whether

you are a diehard Sporting fan, music buff or savvy online shopper. While these

are the initial benefits that will be available, Sporting Club intends on introducing

new benefits to the membership on an accelerated timetable, which will allow

members to further engage with Sporting Club.

MOBILE APPLICATION

Sporting Explore is a free app available on Android and iOS devices. The app lets

members experience Sporting Club events in an entirely new way.

The app can be used to its fullest potential during a Sporting Kansas City match

or during any event at LIVESTRONG Sporting Park. During those times, the

app is fully equipped to allow check-ins and gaming, such as trivia. A variety of

points will be awarded for every action within the app.

When checking-in, members can chose from the following six (6) locations:

LIVESTRONG Sporting Park, Away, Watch Party Official, Watch Party Unofficial,

Watch TV, or Other.

When checking in at LIVESTRONG

Sporting Park, members have the

opportunity to scan a QR code. Their

respective QR code will be placed

on their seat, in their suite, or in the

general vicinity of their seating area. By

scanning their QR code, members will

earn additional points during the check-

in process.

Checking in at ‚ Other‚ simply means

that the member is aware the match is

happening. They could be following via

Twitter or texts from a friend, but as long

as they know the match is happening,

they can check-in.

Please be aware that members must have a Wifi, 3G or 4G connection and a

charged battery to keep up with the games.
