World Golf Hall of Fame

The mission of the Hall of Fame is to honor and celebrate the world’s greatest players and contributors to the game.

Each year, the World Golf Hall of Fame inducts a new class of members in an evening ceremony at World Golf Village in St. Augustine, Florida. In 2011, the Ceremony moves to May and will mark the beginning of THE PLAYERS tournament week with two days of festivities May 8 and 9.

The event is attended by Hall of Fame members, its Board of Directors, the family and friends of the Inductees, sponsors, representatives of golf’s major organizations, and members of the media and the golf industry. It is broadcasted the same evening on Golf Channel.
