2004 APSA ANNUAL MEETING
APSA Celebrates its 100th Annual
Meeting in Chicago! There's no better place to celebrate 100 years of scholarly
exchange than in the Windy City, site of the Association's first annual meeting in 1904, which has co-hosted by the
University of Chicago and Northwestern University, and home to civic pride, stunning architecture, and world-famous museums.
Headquartered at the Hilton Chicago and the Palmer House Hilton, the 2004 Annual Meeting promises excellent convention rates and free shuttle service between the Hilton Chicago, the Palmer House Hilton, and the Sheraton Chicago Hotel and Towers.
Located in the center of Chicago's cultural core on Michigan Avenue and overlooking Lake Michigan, the Hilton Chicago is one of the city's premiere luxury hotels. The Hilton Chicago is within walking distance of the Art Institute, the Field Museum, and the Shedd Aquarium, and features picturesque views of Grant Park and Lake Michigan.
The Palmer House Hilton, in the heart of Chicago's *LOOP*, offers modern conveniences combined with over 100 years of elegance in the center of the city's business and entertainment district. The Palmer House Hilton is also located near Chicago's Magnificent Mile, featuring exclusive retail shops, acclaimed dining, and cultural attractions.
