DocumentPlate manufacturer shall submitted to PV PIPE documents at quotation stage, as below:- Inspection and Test Plan (ITP),- Manufacturing Procedure Specification,- NDE Procedure, Testing Procedure (for tensile testing, Through-thickness testing, Strain-aging testing, Chemical analysis),- List of NDE technicians and their certificates,-Quality Assuarance Manual and Quality System Manual containing all Quality related procedures-Quality Management System Certification, API Spec. 2W Certification, API Spec. 5L Certification.Inspection- Manufacturing process, quality control process and manufactured products must be inspected and certificated by a reputable third party inspection approved by COMPANY and the cost will belong to CONTRACTOR.- Company shall have the right to check and inspect manufacture of steel plate, and shall have free access at all time to any partof CONTRACTOR's operation that concerns the work product of project on the expense of CONTRACTOR.- CONTRACTOR shall furnish all necessary safety facities, adequate lighting, measurement and test equiqment ect. for safe and throught inspection by COMPANY. Mill Certificates- The steel plates shall be supplied with inspection certificate in accordance with BS EN 10204 Type 3.2- Mill Certificates shall show results of chemical composition, NDE and mechanical properties as above.
