To identify, promote, develop and support culturally-appropriate, sustainable opportunities that benefit Native Hawaiians.OUR MISSION
The “5 Stages of a Nonprofit” is a model for looking at the different phases of organizational growth and development. By understanding your nonprofit’s stage, your board will be able to identify organizational strengths and areas to improve and help you anticipate and navigate through organizational changes. Your nonprofit’s stage is determined by the interplay within these seven arenas: governance, staff leadership, financing, administrative systems, staffing, products & services, and marketing.
