Dear Colleagues,

We are delighted to welcome you to the 4th PNAE Congress on Paediatric Nursing which will be held in Athens, 1-2 June, 2018. The Congress is organised by the Paediatric Nursing Associations of Europe (PNAE) in collaboration with the Hellenic Society of Paediatric Nursing.

We have joined forces in order to promote and ensure quality Paediatric Nursing care across Europe, keeping in mind the need for specialised care by health care professionals, with both high level of theoretical knowledge and practical skills.

The Scientific Programme of the Congress includes a large number of educational and scientific events, along with abstracts from distinguished Paediatric Nurses who will share with us their research findings, practical knowledge and experiences regarding the care of children, young people and their families.

We owe particular thanks to the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and the Faculty of Nursing for their support in enabling this Congress to be held at the premises of the Department of Nursing in central Athens.

We look forward to sharing experiences about the latest developments in the care of children, young people and their families and to an exciting and enrichfull Meeting!

AbstractsAll accepted abstracts (Oral and E-poster presentations) will be included in an electronic supplement of the Nursing Children and Young People journal.

Electronic Posters (e-posters)All posters will be on display for the entire Congress and will be available for viewing during programme hours. The posters will be viewed on computers within a dedicated Poster Viewing Zone. E-posters are presented in two ways: on a large number of computers where every participant can search and view any poster, anytime during the Congress, and also on large 55-inch, high-definition monitors, with time-tabled schedule. A technician will be available in the Poster area to help with any electronic poster queries.
