Introduction of the Postgraduate House 研究生宿舍簡介
In the New Campus, the Postgraduate House (hereafter referred to as “PGH”) consists of 4 buildings
(S1, S2, S3 and S4), offering more than 2,600 bed spaces mainly to UM non-local students
(postgraduates, exchange students, etc.), visiting professors, research staff and guests. All the rooms
in the PGH are fully furnished, internet-connected, air-conditioned and with bathrooms.
The PGH aims to provide the postgraduates a comfortable, supportive environment conducive to their
intellectual and social development. Various programmes and activities are designed to foster their
learning, research and employability.
位於新校區的研究生宿舍，由四座大樓組成(南一座、南二座、南三座以及南四座)，主要為
澳大的非本澳居住的學生（包括研究生及交流生等）、訪問教授、研究人員及賓客提供超過
2,600個宿位。所有房間提供空調、寬頻上網及浴室等設備，配套完善。
在這裡，大學不但致力於為研究生提供一個舒適的環境，以促進他們拓展智力和社交，並將
開展多元化的活動和計劃，以提升他們的學習、學術研究和就業能力。

2. Summer stay fee is non-refundable, except students with reasons of graduation, exchange, medical issues (with
medical certificates from hospitals in Macao), deferment or withdrawal of study.
暑期住宿費用是不作退還，除畢業、外出交流、醫療原因（需附上由澳門醫院發出的健康狀況證明書）、
退學及休學之外。

date of the month, it would be charged at a full monthly rate.

a. *Residents shall make restitution to UM for any damage or lose of facilities/equipment, damage to the appearance
(exterior or interior), integrality or alteration of functions of the rooms during their stay. The amount of restitution is
to be defined by UM in accordance with the actual situation.
*住宿生必須向澳門大學對在住宿期間所引致的任何宿舍設施/設備的損壞或遺失；或破壞房間的外觀、內
觀或完整性；或更改其用途而引致的損失作出賠償。賠償金額由大學根據實際情況訂定。
b. Students are required to prepare their own daily necessaries and beddings (e.g. pillows, pillowcases, blankets, bed
sheet and coverlets).
學生須自行準備個人衛生用品及床上用品(如：枕頭、枕頭套、棉被、被單、床罩等)。
