What Teachers can do in enCASE

Upon completion of the benchmark tests, useful generalized reports are available to the teacher to view raw scores. The results of classroom assessments are also viewed here.NOTE: TE21’s data group will send scaled benchmark assessment results back to your school or district within 48-72 hours of the assessment window closing.

My classrooms- In My Classrooms, you can verify your class rosters. If you use Clever to login, this is managed in nightly updates from your SIS platform. If you do not use Clever, this is managed by your school administrator.

Training- Here, we house training content TE21 has developed for you. There are a few courses now, but more are coming. Our content is simple, quick and easy to follow.

Reports - Gives teachers the ability to view test results of classroom and benchmark tests.

Item Bank- To find items in our 70,000 item bank and to use these items to create a classroom-based assessment.

Classroom- Create classroom assessments and schedule the date and time for their delivery to a device or to create a print version.

Schedules- See schedules for their classroom assessments and upcoming benchmark assessments

ReportsReview Test ScoresTo review scores upon the completion of a benchmark test, go to the Reports tab on your dashboard.

Choose your School

Select a Grade

Search by Classroom

Check Include Expired Schedules

Click Search

Click on the Blue Arrow for the assessment you wish to review

Class Overview Report Green- correct | Red – incorrect | Gray – not answered

Student Session Summary ReportBackup using the Filters link under Reports, then Select Session Reports, then Summary Report

Use the Filters link to review another student -or- Use the Drop List for details
