Giving someone all your love is neveran assurance that they will love youback! Do not expect love in return; justwait for it to grow in their hearts but ifit does nt, be content it grew in yours!

    The circule of Influence:

    The external forces, which you

    can never change, but it

    directly or indirectly

    influences you. If you focus

    on this, you will get

    frustration and pain as you

have no capacity to alter it.

    Geo-politics, socio-economy,

    psycho-socio, climate,

others behaviour, etc. are thepain giver, if you give unnecessary

    interest.

    The circule of Conceren:

    The internal forces, which is

    under your direct control and

    guided by certain values and

ethos. The more you focus onthis, the more pleasure

you will get and you will be

    expert on your choosen field.

Consequntly, you will be able to

    hit the circule of influence

when you gain mastery on it.

    Your education, profession,

    health, hobbies, visions, good families

and friends are the pleasure giver.

You are the root cause of your pain (timro dukha ko karn timi nai ho - Buddha!
