Hosted drink tickets may be purchased for $7.50 per ticket plus gratuity and taxes. The hosted tickets are valid for Premium
Brand liquor, House Wine, Domestic and Import Beer, Ciders and Coolers. Pop, juice, spring and mineral water will be valued
at ½ ticket. All advance purchase beverage tickets will be charged as sold, NOT as redeemed for beverage.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
All food and beverage served in the hotel is to be provided by the Vancouver Airport Marriott.
One complimentary tasting is included with a contracted booking up to a maximum of 4 guests. This tasting does not include
alcohol.
The menus in our package are suggested selections. We would be pleased to customize a menu to suit your group and
occasion.
In accordance with BC liquor laws, all alcoholic beverages consumed in licensed areas must be purchased by the hotel through
the BC Liquor Distribution Board. Liquor service is not permitted after 1:00am and 12:00am on Sunday and holidays.
Due to City & Provincial Health Regulations, all food & beverage served in the hotel is to be provided by the hotel, the only
exception being wedding/special occasion cakes. Due to Health & Safety Regulations, the hotel prohibits guests from removing
any food and beverage after a function (with the exception of special occasion cakes).
Banquet prices are subjected to change without notice. Prices for food & beverage will be guaranteed three months prior to the
event.
Space for the event is booked only for the times indicated. Should set up and tear down times be required, please specify at
time of booking. An additional labour charge will be assessed if your event falls on Canadian statutory holidays.
All functions where music is part of the entertainment are subject to a SOCAN (Society of Composers, Authors & Music
Publishers of Canada) fee. This includes any live entertainment and any DJ’s and will be applied to your master account.
All candles used must be in enclosed containers. Any decorations or signs may be displayed with supporting equipment. Use of
tacks, staples, nail, tapes or anything that could mark the walls is not permitted. Any use of smoke, fog or dry ice will trigger the
fire alarm.
We request that no confetti be used on hotel premises. A clean up charge of $500.00 will apply if confetti is used.
Please ensure proper labeling of all deliveries. There is limited storage on property and we are therefore unable to accept
shipments earlier than 2 days prior to the event. All shipments are to be delivered to the receiving area. The hotel will not
receive or sign for COD shipments or be responsible for shipments left behind. A charge may be applied for moving and storing
of shipped items.
The Hotel requires an approximate guest count 21 days prior to your event. A final guarantee is required 72 hours prior to the
event.
In the event we do not receive the guarantee numbers, we will proceed with the original estimated number or the total number of
guests attending whichever is greater.
