Geography

In Geography, we have explored the place in which we live and belong. We drew a pictorial map of our bedrooms and listed the main features. We also used Lego to create a model of our own house.

We coloured our picture using crayons. We painted over it with black. We let it dry. After that, we

used toothpicks to draw a picture.

We have been enjoying participating in reading rotations this term. The students participate in Guided Reading, Letter and Word Sort activities and Reading Eggs. We are listening to different stories and retelling the main events of these stories. We also love doing Kid Writing each week. We are all enjoying learning to

write simple sentences.

See my beautiful writing.

Brooke

Mine is excellent, as well!

Mason

Look at all the colours!

Larissa, Cooper and Zaree

We are building our Lego houses.

Mason, Liam and Ambah

We are planning and constructing our Lego

community.
