The Hall Ticket is purely provisional and is subject to the condition that, if ineligibility is detected at any stage

or if any information provided by you or the documents submitted by you in support of your category, eligibility

etc., are not found to be authentic on scrutiny and verification, your application will be cancelled without any

further correspondance.

Check the particulars printed in the Hall Ticket carefully. Esp. the Category. Date of Birth. Error(s), if any,

should be reported immediately in writing to Dean JIPMER, as soon as the hall ticket is downloaded by you.

Any request for rectification will not be entertained after 31.05.2013 (Friday) 4.30 PM.

The categorization currently indicated in the hall ticket for OPH candidates is purely provisional. Their

eligibility under OPH will be finalized and approved only after due certification by the Medical Board of

JIPMER prior to admission.

Candidates should report at the examination venue latest by 9.00 AM. Candidates will be permitted to leave the

hall only after 12.30 PM.

Carry only Hall Ticket inside the room. No candidate will be allowed to take the examination without producing

the Hall Ticket. Do not carry any other article, other than hall ticket into examination hall.

Ball point pen will be provided by the Invigilator in the Hall. Candidates are not permitted to bring their own

pen to the examination hall. Candidate will not be permitted in to the examination hall 30 mins after start of

examination.

Do not attempt to give or to obtain assistance of any kind during the examination.

In the attendance sheet shown to you by the Invigilator, enter the Question Book Code and serial number of

answer sheet. Write your address in running hand writing and sign against your Roll Number only. Affix your

left hand Index

fingerprint Impression in the respective column of the Attendance Sheet.

In the examination venue / hall, biometric fingerprint/photo capture of each candidate will be carried out by

authorized personnel. Read the important note in this regard mentioned overleaf.

Do not copy or note down questions anywhere during the examination such attempts or removing any page from

question booklet will be booked under the Unfair Means Case.

Do not fold the answer sheet or leave any smudge on it. The scanner would read it as double marking.

In the Answer sheet enter Roll Number and mark one oval for each question. Sign in the appropriate box

provided in the answer sheet.

Cell phones, pagers, calculators, alarm clocks, earphones are strictly prohibited. No arrangements will be made

for any safekeeping by the duty staff of examination venue.

Distribution, category and total number of seats are subject to change according to any periodic directives from

Supreme Court of India and or Ministry of Health & Family Welfare Govt. of India.

This downloaded and Barcoded Hall Ticket with the seal obtained after completion of Biometric

Capture must be carefully preserved as it is mandatory for being permitted to the counseling at

the time of admission.
