    PAYMENT INFORMATION FOR NEW STUDENTS ENROLLED 2012 / 2013

    I.

    GENERAL1. Comprehensive information about payment schedule (due date), procedure, re-

    registration and other relevant information of finance administration are

    available in manual/guidance pocket-size book Buku Petunjuk Pendaftaran

    Ulang dan Pembayaran Uang Kuliah / Registrasi Ulang

    2. The manual/guidance pocket-size book which contains the above informationare available for free and available every semester, placed at every public

    points at Schools (Fakultas), at all buildings lobbies, at Bureau of

    Administration Academic office (ADAK), and at Bureau of Finance

    Administration office (Biro Keuangan)

    3. Students have to be proactively seeking information, and get the abovemanual/guidance pocket-size book, and please follow all the payment

    information contained in that manual book, for other information not stipulated

    but related to finance administration, please come, ask, make contact or consult

    to the:

    balance of tuition and other fees of the student, please use it for your up-date

    information about your financial obligation status.

    II. IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT FINANCE ADMINISTRATION ANDTUITION FEES PAYMENT

    1. Tuitions fees are payable in advance for each semester2. It is advisable to students to manage their payment early (please see the due

    date) rather than last-minute effort

    3. Late payment (over due date) will be liable to charges, ranging from fines,administrative academic sanction, academic leave to termination of study

    at UPH (please read detail in the manual/guidance pocket-size book)

    4. Partial payment or payment not in full amount is considered LatePayment and is liable to the above charges

    5. Overpayment is not refundable and will be credited for tuition fees in thecoming semester

    6. All payments are Final, and non-refundable and non-transferable7. Tuition fees have to be paid via UPH Online Payment (E-Payment) via Bank

    Central Asia/BCA and/or Bank Mandiri

    8. Payment can be made by:ATM BCA

    ATM Bank Mandiri

    Internet Banking Bank Mandiri

    Online payment via bank counter Bank Mandiri

    The simple steps of the above Online payment process can be read in the

    manual/guidance pocket-size book and in the STUDENT HANDBOOK as

    attachment distributed during UPH Festival.

    III. OTHERS ABOUT PAYMENT1. Payment with Online methods (E-Payment) benefits:

    Flexible time and place, transfer from any ATM machine of BCA and BankMandiri and at anytime

    Avoid unnecessary queue at bank counter or Finance Adm. office No transaction charges Simple and quick process with detail information of payment.

    2. Payment can also be carried out by credit cards (Visa/Mastercard) at theFinance Administration counter on Level 3 Building A, with additional charge

    of 3% from the total paid amount.

    3. The components of the tuition fees for the regular semesters are as follows:

    Notes:

    1) For the short-semester programs, the FTF is payable only 50% of the amount paid for theregular semesters.

    2) For the short-semester programs, the maximum credits for the VTF are 12 credits.
